MBA Fresher's Orientation Program for MBA Logistics Management
It was an absolute privilege to be invited as the Resource Person for the 1st Year MBA – Logistics Management students at Alagappa University, one of Tamil Nadu's top State Universities, accredited with NAAC A+++ and renowned for its academic excellence.
My sincere gratitude to Dr. Sivakumar Sir, Head of the Department, and Prof. Anand Sir, Programme Coordinator, for their exceptional hospitality, seamless coordination, and the opportunity to interact with such enthusiastic young minds.
One belief has always guided me: Giving back our knowledge to the next generation is one of the greatest responsibilities of every industry professional.
The objective of my session was not just to speak about the logistics industry, but to help students understand:
- What the industry truly expects from them.
- The skills, mindset, and knowledge they must build during their college years.
- A practical roadmap to make the next two years count.
As a facilitator, I strongly believe that the best learning happens when we speak in the language students understand, connect with their aspirations, and simplify complex industry expectations into actionable steps.
I also shared a 2-year success roadmap and challenged every student with a 100-Day Action Challenge as the first step towards becoming industry-ready.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to conduct sessions for students from Engineering, Arts & Science, Nursing, Business, and Management institutions. Yet, I continue to prepare for every session with the same dedication and enthusiasm as if it were my very first. Every audience is different, and every session deserves its own preparation.
For me, these sessions are not assignments—they are a service to society and a small contribution towards building the nation's future workforce.
